O.K. The first season is over and we know there is much room to improve. Tell us what sucked, what needs to be improved, what you just can't stand, and oh yeah, if you saw something you liked, let us know that too. If there is something that would make you want to come back, (ie: weekly pick-em, voting in polls, etc.) we want ideas. We are Big Boys and we can handle the crit, let us have it so we can make the site better!

Cornelius Ingram and Derrick Harvey both announced today that they will forego their senior season and enter the NFL draft.  Harvey is likely a first or second round draft pick and was seemingly encouraged by Meyer to head to the next level.  Ingram, given a good combine, could also land on the first day.  However, if Brandon Siler can fall to round 7, I see Ingram as a second day pick also.  Both will eventually be contributors on Sunday, but Ingram could've used another year of development.

The emergence of Aaron Hernandez will fill the gap left by Ingram, and with Mullen's Tebow/Harvin show playcalling every few games, who can blame him for passing on another year of "play for free."  We will miss having Harvey pass rushing from the outside more than losing CI.  Our defense had few bright spots this year and he was a majority of them.  Mattison will have his work cut out for him in the offseason development of potential replacements.  Trattou, Lemmens, Dunlap, Cunningham, etc... all need to improve or 2008 will be a long year.

Thanks Gators! Good Luck in the League.
